What do I need to bring to pick up a vehicle?
A full Australian driver licence, or an accepted overseas licence, plus a credit or debit card for the refundable security bond. Confirm overseas licences with us before you book.
Is insurance included in the daily rate?
Yes, comprehensive insurance is included. An excess applies, and the excess amount depends on the vehicle and driver age. We tell you the exact figure before you sign, and excess reduction is optional.
Can I hire for a week or a month?
Yes. Weekly and monthly hires are cheaper than repeating daily hires, and you can extend without signing a new contract.
Is there a limit on kilometres?
Each hire has a daily kilometre allowance, and kilometres over that are charged per kilometre. We give you the allowance and the rate before you sign, and it is listed on the pricing page.
Can I hire a car for rideshare or delivery work?
Yes. Weekly rates suit that work best, and we confirm which vehicles meet the requirements for your platform before you start driving.
